Our traditional Mbira instruments are handcrafted and share the rich history of Zimbabwean music. Mbiradzasoko creates Zimbabwean-style Marimba, Ngoma (drums), and Nehosho (rattle shakers) to showcase the deep ancient melodies that reflect the norms and values of the Zezuru tribe. The Art of Crafting and Playing Mbira :
In 2020, UNESCO inscribed the mbira to be on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and our mbira maker,
